bulletWhen is the Thomasville Christmas Parade?

The Thomasville Christmas Parade is always on the Saturday before Thanksgiving Day. This years parade is on November 21, 2009. Parade will start at 3:00pm (rain or shine). First entry (Color Guard) should approach downtown at approximately 3:15pm. Parade should last about an hour. Live channel 13 coverage should begin at 2:30pm.  

bulletWhere is the parade route?

Main Street downtown Thomasville from Kenny Avenue to Maple Street (underpass). Bands and other  marching units feed in at Kenny Avenue. Spectators lined all the way back to Lexington Avenue will not see any of the marching units.     Click here for Thomasville street map

bulletWhere is the lineup?

Lexington Avenue from Whistle Stop Restaurant to Business 85. We will paint lineup numbers on the right side of road feeding into town the day before the parade. See the Printable Instructions, Rules and Regulations page of this website for more information.

bulletHow do I enter?

You can  print an entry form from this website at the Printable Entry Form page. Entry forms will also be available at the Thomasville Chamber of Commerce.
 
bulletHow do I check confirmation of my entry?

The final lineup should be published in the Thomasville Times on Saturday (day of parade) and will be posted here Wednesday morning before parade.  Call or E-mail us if it appears we have misplaced your entry. We will continually update lineup corrections on website as parade day approaches.
